Bienvenidos a la isla de Sant’Erasmo
Escondido y poco conocido también por los turistas más curiosos, este es el lugar donde la naturaleza toma el control y permite de regenerarse.
Llamado «el jardín de Venecia», San Erasmo es un mosaico de diferentes tonos de un exuberante verde, salpicado de árboles, viñedos y frutales.
Es la isla más grande de la laguna, habitada por unos pocos afortunados y ofrece lo mejor de ambos ambientes: un viaje en barco desde aquì a las islas de Murano, Burano o Torcello y hasta Venecia y después una vuelta en barco para escapar del ruido hacia la tranquilidad y el romance que en San Eramo te rodea.

The fort
Forts existed in the island as early as the 16th century. The tower has a polygonal base of 25 m and is surrounded by a ditch. On the upper floor up to 13 cannons could be housed. It was used by the Italian Army as late as World War I. More information

Bacàn beach
From here it is possible to go for a swim and sunbathe at the famous Bacan beach, attended exclusively by Venetians who reach it by typical boats. At sunset have a drink in the shade of trees overlooking the beach and the lagoon accompanying it with typical fish-based cicchetti. More information
