HOW TO REACH US:

Il Lato Azzurro is located on the island of Sant’ Erasmo in Via Forti, 13.  To reach us, you must use a waterbus (Vaporetti) and get off the stop called CAPANNONE.

Telephone us ahead of time and we can pick you up in our minibus, otherwise, if you prefer to walk, get off the waterbus at Capannone, walk up to the fork in the road and turn right following along Via Forti for approx 800 metres and you will see Lato Azzurrro on the left.(about a 10-15 minute walk)

To reach S.Erasno Capannone,  you must get the ACTV waterbus number 13 or in the later evening, the Laguna Nord Nottorno (LN) at Fondamente Nove in Venice or at Treporti from the “Ricevitoria”.

To reach Fondamente Nove, please see the directions below from either the Station and Piazzale Roma or from the Marco Polo and Treviso airports.

DIRECTIONS FROM SANTA LUCIA TRAIN STATION OR PIAZZALE ROMA

You can reach Fondamente Nove with waterbus lines 42 or 52.  This service no longer runs after  11.16 PM.  In this case, make your way to the Ca’ D’oro waterbus stop the number 1 waterbus and walk to Fondamente Nove. Then take waterbus 13 to Sant’Erasmo.

(ATTENTION: Train tickets and bus tickets cannot be bought on board, you must buy them beforehand in the ticket offices. Train tickets from Mestre for Venice can be bought at the Tabacchi shop or the Left Luggage office at the Mestre station.)

DIRECTIONS FROM VENICE-MARCO POLO AIRPORT

Take the Airport Waterbus Shuttle “ALILAGUNA to Fondamente nuove or Murano:

“ALILAGUNA BLU”- for Fondamente Nove, when you arrive at Fondamente Nove, take Waterbus 13 to Sant’ Erasmo.

Alilaguna Blu leaves every hour on the :45 minutes from the Airport, and takes approx 40 minutes to arrive at Fondamente Nove. In the evening, it leaves every hour on the :10 minutes of the hour.

Single ticket per person: 13,00 euro.  (Please note that the ACTV bus passes are not valid on the Alilaguna lines.

Take the shuttle bus from the Airport to Piazzale Roma (journey time 1 hr10), then follow the directions we have written from Piazzle Roma (above).
